Another Albany Restaurant Closes

A Korean-American restaurant that opened during the pandemic in 2020. News 10 reports Sun of Egg at 418 Madison Avenue was forced to shut down because the building was declared structurally unsafe.

Restaurant owners Min Cho Ko and Justin Ko say they're not certain when they'll be able to reopen or what extent of work needs to be done, but are hoping the building's owners will be able to address the structural issues quickly.

Son of Egg has a second location at 483 Broadway in Rensselaer, they continue to be open for business as usual.
