The Bread Butler has officially opened in Colonie Center, introducing a new café along with its signature bread offerings. Having closed its previous site on Central Avenue in Albany in November, the move aimed to increase visibility and foot traffic. Owner Andreas Mergner tells News 10 he's expecting an increase in customers now that the movie is complete into the Moe's space on the mall's lower level.
The expanded menu now includes grilled cheese sandwiches, coffee, lemonade, and more. They're open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday,
