Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey said he's "lucky to be here" after a serious bicycling accident in Connecticut. The 57-year-old Master Chef star said it was "really bad" and "really shook me" in a video posted to Instagram. He also lifted his chef's coat to show off an ugly purple bruise on his midsection. Ramsey also urged fans to "WEAR A HELMET!" and says his helmet "saved my life." Have you ever had a close call like that? How did it change your outlook on life?
