Reports say Tish “stole” Noah Cyrus' boyfriend, Dominic Purcell. Miley hosted and attended her mother's wedding. Noah was reportedly denied entry. Billy Ray was caught on audio saying, “Everyone knows that devil’s a skank,” referencing Miley. He also referred to his ex-wife Tish as simply “s–t.” That obscenity is an anagram for Tish’s name.
