A new sandwich chain is opening its first store in the Capital Region and to celebrate, they're giving free hoagies to their first one hundred customers. PrimoHoagies, a Philadelphia based sandwich shop, will officially open its doors at Plaza 7 Commons on Troy Schenectady Road in Latham at 10am Thursday (2/1).
Owned by Rock and Krish Patel, who also own Philly Bar & Grill in Latham, say this is the first of at least ten planned PrimoHoagie shops to open throughout the Capital Region. They tell News 10:
We are thrilled to bring the beloved Philadelphia staple to the Latham community, marking the beginning of an exciting journey.
PrimoHoagies will have a ribbon cutting at 9:45am, and open their doors at 10. The first one hundred customers will get a Primo sized hoagie, everyone else of visits opening day and joins the rewards program will get Primo sized hoagie for $6.99.
