See What Shows Are Coming to Proctors Theatre in 2025 and 2026!

Proctors Theatre in Schenectady has unveiled its much-anticipated 2025-26 season, offering an exceptional mix of Broadway blockbusters, beloved classics, and bold new productions. Announced during the annual Season Announcement Bash on March 10, the lineup promises a thrilling array of performances, kicking off with A Beautiful Noise (Sept. 23-28, 2025), a musical memoir celebrating the life and music of Neil Diamond. Other highlights include the comedic Spamalot (Jan. 6-11, 2026), the classic The Sound of Music (March 17-22, 2026), and Water For Elephants (April 7-12, 2026), a heartfelt tale of love and adventure set in a traveling circus.

The season also features the pop-infused musical & Juliet (April 28-May 3, 2026), a bold reimagining of Shakespeare’s iconic story, and the Tony Award-winning The Outsiders (May 19-24, 2026), a moving coming-of-age drama set in 1960s Tulsa. For fans of extravagant theatrical spectacles, Moulin Rouge! The Musical (June 2-7, 2026) will bring Baz Luhrmann’s film to life on stage with dazzling performances and a soundtrack full of iconic pop anthems. Additionally, though not a part of the regular season,  Proctors subscribers will have exclusive access to the Original Broadway Blockbuster Wicked (Oct. 29-Nov. 9, 2025), before tickets are available to the public.

With a mix of heartwarming classics and bold new works, the 2025-26 season at Proctors promises to deliver unforgettable moments for audiences across the Capital Region.
