It's the most destructive fire Los Angeles has ever seen
Wildfires in Southern California have devastated over 27,000 acres, claiming the lives of five people and injuring many others. The fires, which have been burning for three days, have not been contained and have destroyed more than 1,000 structures. Despite the evacuation of 150,000 people, five individuals lost their lives in Altadena and Pasadena due to the Eaton fire. One victim, Victor Shaw, 66, perished while trying to defend his family home, leaving behind a heartbreaking scene for his sister who tried to save him.
