It's the second day of game postponements

The NBA postponed the Los Angeles Lakers' home game against the Charlotte Hornets due to wildfires in the area, marking the second straight day of game postponements in downtown Los Angeles. The NHL's Los Angeles Kings also had their game against the Calgary Flames postponed. Three major fires were burning in the Los Angeles metroplex, with roughly 180,000 people under evacuation orders. The NFL is monitoring the impact of the fires on the Los Angeles teams' preparations, including the Rams' wild-card postseason game against the Minnesota Vikings. The Rams and Chargers are monitoring air quality for their workouts, with the Chargers adjusting their practice schedule to minimize outdoor time.
